Rae wants to join you all for a magical moment at Utopia before she heads back to Miami. She will teach Hatha from 11:30-12:15 and an optional meditation from 12:15-12:30.
This internationally renowned yoga teacher has a world of knowledge in yoga, philosophy, anatomy and mindfulness. As well as a generally interesting perspective on life, using yoga and meditation to find peace and understanding in every aspect of it.
